Award Categories

The Pinnacle Performance Award Program includes three distinct levels of achievement

• Monthly Pinnacle Awards (distributed quarterly)
• Annual Emerald Awards
• Annual Emerald Elite Awards

Program Criteria

The criteria considered in determining the winners in each category are:

• Fleet Mileage / Revenue Targets
• Preventable Accidents, Claims, Fines or Service Failures
• Log Violations (Logs reviewed quarterly)
