We maintain our equipment by following extensive maintenance programs, and by providing our drivers with the safest & highest quality of equipment available. All Big Freight drivers also undergo regular safety training & upgrading. These safeguards allow Big Freight to ensure the safety of our drivers and the motoring public.

Pinnacle Award Categories |

| The Pinnacle Award Program includes three distinct levels of achievement: |
- Monthly Pinnacle Awards
- Annual Emerald Awards
- Annual Emerald Elite Awards

| The following criteria are used to determine the winners of each award category: |
- Monthly Pinnacle Awards
- No Preventable Accidents, Claims, Fines or Service Failures
- Successful pass DOT Inspections
- Log Violations

| Pinnacle Monthly Award - Recipients of the monthly award receive a Pinnacle Certificate and have a choice of valuable Pinnacle Merchandise. |

| Emerald Annual Award - Drivers who earn the Annual Emerald Award receive a framed certificate, a custom-made embroidered leather jacket and a cash bonus. |
| |
| Emerald Elite Annual Award - Drivers who earn the Annual Emerald Elite Award receive a framed certificate, an Emerald Elite logo for his/her leather jacket, a cash bonus, and are able to select an item from an extensive award list. |
